**The Role**:
As a newly created position within the organisation, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of exciting projects. The organisation is currently undergoing significant growth and transformation, and your expertise will be instrumental in supporting our organisational design initiatives, ERP implementation, EVP development and the rollout of a new performance development framework. Your generalist background and strong organisational skills will enable you to keep projects on track and contribute to the success of key HR initiatives. From writing papers to creating engaging presentations, you will partner closely with the Head of P&C to ensure the smooth delivery of key projects.

**Team Size & Culture**:
You'll be joining a collaborative and supportive team of 37 P&C professionals. Although most staff currently work from home, the team come together at their Camberwell Head Office once a week for collaboration and connection. The team is known for its camaraderie and enthusiasm, and they foster a positive work culture where everyone's contributions are valued. The team even organise regular social activities and monthly drinks to keep the team spirit alive

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- HR generalist experience at the HR Advisory or HR Project Consultant level.
- Ability to engage with and win the respect of all staff, including senior leaders.
- Worked within a formal HR Department implementing HR Projects from within a HR team.
- Strong Project Coordination experience.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple project priorities with demanding deadlines.
- A process improvement mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail.
