**Your Role**:
The P&C Specialist is responsible for supporting the P&C business as part of the P&C UW Ops team management team by undertaking various projects and administration functions as specified.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Wordings management (in conjunction with product and legal)

Core system management - working with Portal / MIDC etc to enhance system performance

UW process improvement - working with closely with P&C UW Ops Manager, UW’s & Operations to determine process improvements for each P&C LOB.

Facilitate FORWARD initiaves as decided by the FORWARD project working group

Compliance ownership

Ownership of new P&C onboarding programme

**Qualifications**:
**Your Skills & Experience**:
Able to perform independent analysis of complex problems

Exercise continual decision making and sound judgement

Perform tasks with mínimal supervision

Demonstrate a high level of accuracy in daily activities

Display excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees and clients at all levels

Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Powerpoint
