**About the role**:
As a Workplace Concierge at Cushman & Wakefield's Head Office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-of-house experiences that align with a genuine hospitality experience. Your role includes ensuring the highest level of customer experience and supporting the team with various tasks such as:

- Welcome and arrival experience.
- Guest registration records.
- Managed meeting room bookings.
- Event management support.
- Management of shared inboxes.
- Answering phone calls and handling general enquiries and directions.
- Coordinating inventory, invoicing, and ad hoc duties.
- Catering and other event requirements.
- Meeting room turnovers and refreshes.

**About you**:

- Strong hospitality/customer service background.
- Previous experience in a front-of-house environment at another large organisation.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Demonstrate a common-sense approach to problem-solving.
- Experience supervising a team with direct reports.
- Minimum completion of Higher School Certificate.
- Minimum Certificate III in Hospitality preferred.
- Attention to detail, planning and organisation, time management, financial acumen, effective communication, decision-making, business writing, risk and compliance management, and systems and data management.
