We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** We are looking to hire a full-time **eCommerce Operations Associate** to work onsite at our **Port Melbourne** warehouse from Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm. There will be some periods of the year (usually through November & December) where overtime will be required, we will always provide sufficient notice when this will be necessary. Your main responsibility will be to pick and pack all online orders and ensure that our high standards and attention to detail are consistently maintained. Previous experience is a bonus, but not essential. A passion for skincare and a desire to work hard as part of a small, close-knit team is a must **WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE** - Ensuring all the online order fulfillment and retail order shipment processes are administered in accordance with the organization's customer service and quality standards - Support with the day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce Picking-Packing team - Work with the Customer Happiness team in the event of a customer complaint - Perform administrative tasks such as creating shipping labels, paperwork for shipping companies, processing cancelations etc. - Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials when needed - Labeling/Releasing stock and orders - Assist in maintaining warehouse standards of cleanliness and organization and ensure tidiness standards are always respected and maintained - Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures (e.g. shipments, safety standards, stocking) - Verify inventory control and counts to ensure product stock is up to date - Perform operational duties such as receiving, restocking, replenishing and wrapping skids when needed **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE** - Ability to multi-task - Attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills - Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate between several modules/programs - Effective time management and communication skills - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc. **WHAT YOU’LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM** There’s a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
