**Acu-Tech Piping Systems**is searching for an experienced Transport Administrator seeking casual/full-time to join our team in Maddington, WA.

**Role Description**:

- Assist in planning and scheduling daily routes ensuring timely delivery and collection of goods
- Schedule and book collections
- Communicate effectively with drivers, providing instructions, routes and necessary documents
- Provide support by implementing continuous improvement processes and follow through of team member training
- Ensure up to date record keeping

**To be successful in this role you must meet the following critical elements**:

- Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of Main Roads accreditation
- Long Haul knowledge and coordination advantageous
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in logistics
- Ability to work well in a team
