Maddington Toyota Pre-Delivery Centre is seeking an organised and enthusiastic **Storeperson** to join our team.

As an integral member of our highly regarded Parts team, you will be responsible for the warehousing and storage of parts and accessories. The focus of this position is receiving, organising, and storing goods as well as picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch.

**Role**:

- Review work orders and discuss with the Parts Manager / Warehouse Manager as required.
- Prepare and complete orders according to schedule, including picking parts and packing orders for delivery.
- Receive, sort and process stock products according to storage and stock control procedures.
- Accurately perform inventory controls, ensuring quality standards are maintained for audits.
- Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
- Maintain the delivery diary.
- Provide administrative assistance including producing consignment notes.
- Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, deliveries and goods used or issued.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store and dispatch areas.
- Liaise with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Review bulletins and other publications prescribed by management.
- Deliver goods as required, including; loading, transporting, and delivering customer orders in a safe and timely manner.

**You**:

- Possess strong technical/mechanical knowledge and ability
- Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Career minded with a "Can Do" attitude
- Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment
- Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and helpful
- Respectful and courteous to customers and colleagues
- Resilient with a drive to succeed, honest with high levels of integrity
- Forklift license desirable or willingness to obtain it
- ** Previous experience in a Storeperson role is highly regarded**
