**About the role**:
**Eagers Automotive (AHG)** is currently seeking a bubbly individual with great attention to detail to join our dynamic team as a
**Deal Coordinator** at
**Challenger Ford** in
**Rockingham**

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position will form part of the administration team and will be responsible for all areas of the dealership administration activities such as licensing vehicles, deal book management, daily banking, to shared reception duties.

**This includes**:

- Vehicle Licensing
- Deal book management
- Compiling Deal Packs, Compliance Checking, Document Archiving
- Daily Banking for dealerships in the region
- Ad hoc accounting tasks as directed by the Administration team
- Interacting with management teams
- Assisting Accountants & Financial Controller
- Rostered/Relief Reception duties shared amongst other Deal Co-Ordinators on a limited basis
- Registration Renewals and plate swaps

**About you**:
If you are someone with brilliant organisational skills, great attention to detail and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, we are looking for you

You will ideally possess:

- Previous Dealership experience is preferred
- Exposure to Pentana/ERA software would be advantageous
- Accurate data entry, good computer skills
- Great attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines
