The role

As the IT Operations Manager you will provide hands on support and leadership to our IT function who service our wider business needs including retails stores, DC and HQ.

You will be responsible for testing, technical support, network systems and administration and information security management, executing company standards for IT services and equipment, providing sound and timely technical advice to internal stakeholders, and managing external vendors and partner relationships.

**Profile**:
You will have previous experience within IT Management, as well as administering ERP, MS enterprise products and infrastructure management. You enjoy assisting others and fostering effective working relationships. You are able to build rapport and manage the competing priorities of multiple stakeholders. You are encouraging, and motivate your team to reach their goals.
