**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic International Procurement & Logistics Officer to join our Regency Park team. In this permanent full-time role, you will provide a high standard of purchasing and logistics support to both internal and external customers.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

- Purchasing duties including long lead time items, expediting purchase orders and stock control.
- International logistics duties including foreign shipment processing (imports and exports), expediting orders in transit, costing and negotiating with freight forwarders, customs compliance - FTAs.
- Provide support to local and international customers including quotations and order processing.
- Supplier management including sourcing new suppliers, RFQs and contract negotiation.
- Review and maintain critical product and supplier information in Pronto ERP.
- Maintain customer files for QA audits.

**About You**

To be considered for this position you will ideally:

- Have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Have qualifications in the Purchasing, Procurement and/or Logistics fields.
- Have experience with Pronto or equivalent ERP system.
- Have sound understanding of import and export procedures and legal requirements
- Have previous experience of heavy earthmoving equipment or mining/manufacturing industry (preferred).
