**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a **Sales & Treatment Consultant** who has experience with managing both sales and customer service requirements in a Dental practice or other Professional Services. You will enjoy the engagement with patients supporting them through their decision making process and ensuring their anxieties and concerns are managed well.

This is no ordinary sales role and Lidums Dental is no ordinary dental practice. People with severe dental problems have their lives transformed daily. It is not about the teeth..it is about how we impact people's lives and its very rewarding.

**As our Sales & Treatment Consultant you will**:

- Take incoming sales phone calls using qualifying questions to ensure they are set up for success.
- Meet with patients face to face to show them what can be achieved and what solutions may be available to them.
- Phone the database of past patients and reconnect with them.
- Track sales interactions and notes in the CRM system.
- Help patients understand treatment options to receive the care that's right for them.
- Prepare and present financial options to patients considering major, life-changing dental treatment.

**About You**
- Strong, resilient and persistent in reaching out to our database.
- Secured high value sales acceptances in a business-to-customer environment.
- Able to cope effectively with rejection and resistance from sales prospects.
- Comfortable asking qualifying questions and able to handle objections.
- Confident in supporting patients through the sales journey.

**You will bring to our team**:

- A caring personality with the ability to communicate with patients on a personal level.
- A strong background in sales and customer service in a professional business-to-customer or business-to-business industry.
- Alignment with the Lidums Dental values and philosophy.
