This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate ‘Telesales Consultant’ to progress their career in a company proud of its culture and working environment. This newly created role would suit a high calibre individual with excellent people skills and a pragmatic "can-do" approach.
**Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include**:
- Managing daily outbound telephone sales to both new and existing customers.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Educating our customers to have a comprehensive understanding of our product range.
- Co-ordinating and driving outbound sales campaigns.
- Actively promoting our quality product range and positively representing our brand at all times.
- Working closely with the national sales team to support new and existing customers.
- Achieving monthly call rates and sales targets.
- Sales administration and database management.
The person we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under mínimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have demonstrated skills in taking the initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.
