**About the Role**
- Purchasing materials, equipment, and office supplies
- Booking travel accommodation and flights
- Creating purchase orders in our in house system
- Light lifting duties to place stock away
- Sourcing reliable suppliers to procure goods and services for the company
- Obtaining information on price, quality and delivery capabilities for goods and services required
- Review and recommend potential new sources or alternative materials, prices and products

**About you**
- You have at least 2 years' experience in administration or similar role
- Demonstrated Computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Have an eye for accuracy - Attention to detail and the ability to follow up
- Great planning and organisation skills, able to multi-task, prioritise and work efficiently
- Demonstrated success working collaboratively in a team or independently
