Join us as Administration Officer and Receptionist - a vital role to the team and one that you can make your own
Your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our ETS Minto site, making sure that our Sales team are supported to get on the road and in front of customers, as well as other day-to-day administration tasks. This is a rare opportunity to demonstrate your impeccable customer service skills on reception as well as advocate for continuous improvement initiatives.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Receptionist duties at our Minto site, answering the phone to internal and external stakeholders and ensuring that all visitors are signed in correctly
- Supporting the sales team with all administration and customer service needs
- Generating and closing waste tracking certificates
- Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of customers
- Using the finance system for all purchasing, invoicing, debtor’s collection and general accruals
- Preparation of letters when required
- Day-to-day office support and process improvement
