Our client is an established Third-Party Logistics Company with a large network of Customers. Based in Minto, several opportunities exist for experienced warehouse inventory staff to join their team.

These roles are Monday to Friday with you being available for overtime as needed, with a minimum pay rate of $33.50/hour. These roles have the potential to be ongoing for the right people.

**About the Role**
- Manage the basic receiving of warehouse deliveries
- Loading and unloading of freight trucks with a forklift.
- Review receiving and shipping documents for accuracy.
- Maintain delivery log of all products and supplies received.
- Undertake ERP inventory transactions including purchase order receipts and inventory adjustments, where required.
- Work with vendors to resolve any invoice variances
- File all delivery and inventory receipts.
- Use ERP software to keep track of orders, returns, and supply.
- Write up inventory reports detailing any overstock or missing items.
- Assist Production in locating products and provide support when required.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies as identified via daily operations or cycle count or stock take processes.
- Perform stocktakes and checks actual store inventory against ERP records, as planned by the Supply Chain Manager
- Maintain and update inventory records
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Implement loss prevention program
- Report any stock issues to management and place product orders as necessary
- Prepare a list of depleted products and a survey of unusable products

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience within the transport/Logistics Industry
- Strong knowledge and experience of inventory systems and replenishment methodologies
- Exceptional communication, customer service and time management skills
- Experience in stocktake
- Valid LF Licence
- RF Scanning experience
- Physically fit
- 2+ years’ experience in inventory control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Exemplary mathematical and analytical skills
- Although rare able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
