**Role Location**: Melbourne
**Role Type**: Permanent, full-time
The role will require strong working relationships with risk theme delegates, 2nd line risk functions and the broader capability community in ANZ.
What will your day look like
**This role is accountable for**:
In conjunction with risk SME’s, designing, developing and executing core mandatory learning initiatives for Group Compliance owned risk themes, including core curriculum pathways to meet regulatory & compliance standards.
Engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders and capability peers to enhance core capability growth across Group Compliance Non-Financial Risks and support effective adoption of evolving process, policy and system change.
Prioritising the team’s backlog, ensuring work delivers value and is aligned to the NFR Risk Theme Model.
Effectively manage project teams and external vendors to develop blended learning solutions which include embedding activities, reviewing of applicable frameworks and evaluation criteria.

The ‘must have’ knowledge, skill and experience (KSE) the role requires are:
Business acumen to support needs discovery and analysis
Personal effectiveness and time management with scaled traditional and agile planning and project management capability
Experience or understanding of learning need analysis, human centred design, developing and embedding learning
Proven successful track record in developing and delivering scaled core curriculum capability development programs
Counsel and Guidance - providing advice, recommendations and thought leadership, based on expertise and experience
Relationship Management - building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Communication - facilitation, storytelling, written and oral communication skills
