As a **Brand Sales & Partnerships Manager**, you will focus on developing new brand relationships, securing editorial sponsorships, and building long-term partnerships with companies in fashion, beauty, home decor, wellness, design, fragrance, and lifestyle sectors

**You will**:

- Identify, research, and prospect emerging and established brands for collaboration.
- Initiate first contact.
- Present our media opportunities, including publication features, sponsorships, video integrations, and product collaborations.
- Lead brand conversations, handle objections, and close partnership deals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and active sales conversations.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on partnership strategy.
- Manage CRM updates, sales tracking, and follow-up systems.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- University degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Media or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in **Sales, Business Development, Brand Partnerships, or Account Management.**:

- Excellent written and spoken English (business level).
- Comfortable handling brand conversations, outreach, and closing deals.
- Strong organizational skills, pipeline management, and self-motivation.
- Proactive and driven to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Interest or experience in fashion, design, publishing, beauty or lifestyle industries.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, lead tracking, and digital communication tools.
