We are looking for positive, confident **Team Leader** to join our established team at CRNRSTONE.

**Role Overview**

The **Team Leader **oversees the management and training of the recruitment team, workflow and process. You will ensure that jobs are delivered on time, on budget and according to clients' specifications.

**What You'll Do**
- Checking Process - check all screeners for every job to ensure answers, quotas, and any minimum job specifications are correct. Brief in the recruitment of any replacement respondents. Ensure screeners are sent to clients when required in a timely manner
- Organize confirmation Process - ensure all respondents are confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the group/depth time. Brief in the recruitment of any replacement respondents.
- Raise issues with the Client Services Team in a timely manner during recruitment to enable a planned solution to be determined so that the job budget does not blow out.
- Update on your jobs: Ensure your Senior recruiter and the Operations Manager are fully briefed using the Briefing Update form when you intend to be out of the office so that each project can be monitored.
- To constantly review and develop with the team additional tools, checklists etc that could assist with carrying out the recruitment process
- The Team leader has accountability to monitor the delivery of all projects to ensure that the job is delivered on time, on budget and on spec to clients. This means matching all quotas as requested and ensuring standbys are available on all jobs to replace lost respondents.

**What You'll Bring**

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
