**The Opportunity**:
As the Centre Manager / Director, you will play a pivotal role in:

- Leading a team of passionate educators to deliver high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS
- Building strong, supportive relationships with families, children, staff, and the local community
- Ensuring the centre meets compliance, safety, and operational standards
- Driving enrolments and maintaining high occupancy levels
- Fostering a positive team culture that promotes continuous improvement and professional growth

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Sound knowledge of the NQF, NQS, and EYLF
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- A commitment to delivering exceptional care and education
