**The Role**

ASPECT Studios is seeking an
**IT Support Analyst** to provide exceptional end-user and operational support to our national and international studios. Located in Melbourne, this position is perfect for a customer focused IT professional with experience working in and supporting a multi-site and/or global business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the set-up of all computers, A/V equipment, and other IT peripherals,
- Supporting all cloud platforms including Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot and Azure AD,
- Reviewing, investigating and resolving service requests and incidents within the ticketing system across all global studios,
- Performing onboarding and offboarding activities as people join and leave the practice,
- Ensuring operating systems and software are regularly patched and updated,
- Backup administration, ensuring safe storage and retrieval of data from backup systems,
- Assisting in the creation and updating of IT documentation, and
- Liaising with external IT suppliers and vendors as required.

**About You**

We are looking for a confident communicator who enjoys fast-paced work, problem solving, and providing high-level service to their colleagues. With 5 - 7 years of experience in Helpdesk and IT support roles, you’ll be able to pick up new processes quickly, stay up to date with latest technologies, and perform well under pressure (e.g. during critical business outages).
- Microsoft Windows 10/11 administration,
- Software and Hardware troubleshooting,
- Working with cloud-based technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot and Azure AD,
- Supporting and managing Active Directory,
- Working knowledge of Server environments including Windows Server, DHCP, DNS,
- Providing Audio / Visual support,
- Data Backup and Restore (Veeam), and
- Understanding of networking concepts and configurations (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).

Ideally you’ll have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry certifications (e.g. Cert IV in Information Technology, CompTIA).

Although not essential, experience in design, architecture, construction, or engineering environments will also be highly regarded, including exposure to automation and scripting (PowerShell), virtualisation technologies (VMware and Citrix) and Autodesk software.

This hybrid role is based out of our Melbourne studio - applicants must be located in Victoria (or willing to relocate).
