**What’s the role?**
- Manage, coach and develop the overall skills of the Social team
- Oversee the quality of work and performance by the Social team, ensuring full delivery and performance standards of advertising campaigns are met, assisting the team when required
- Provide guidance on campaign optimization, including monitoring performance, designing and documenting optimisation techniques and providing training where required.
- Create and maintain a high performing, highly engaged team culture and environment
- Evolve the Social product offerings and work processes at News Xtend
- Inform and input into the retention strategy and ongoing retention projects
- Work on technology and process projects to scale automation for efficiencies within the team
- Collaborate with Campaign Management, Programmatic & Search Leads

**Who you are**
- 5+ years working across Social Marketing
- 2-3+ Years managing Social Marketing Teams
- Ability to manage, train and inspire a team
- Ability to think and act strategically and when required out of the box
- Excellent project management skills
- Proven experience in a client-facing role
- Fantastic communication skills (both verbally and written)
- A data-driven approach to decision making and problem solving
- Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority and business sectors
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple projects at any given time while maintaining commitment to quality and deadlines
