**Essentials**

**Admin**
- Ensure fundraising compliance standards are adhered with all fundraising activities and events.

**Relationships**
- Develop relationships with community fundraisers over the phone and face to face to provide professional support with fundraising activities
- Thank / welcome all Community fundraisers and challenge event participants appropriately including phone calls, thank you letters, and certificates of appreciation.
- Assist with stewarding our community fundraisers and challenge event participants to achieve their goals
- Support the management of existing partnerships through exceptional customer service
- Ensure consistent promotion of the Chris O’Brien Lifehouse brand and messaging in line with brand guidelines
- Update and maintain relevant community and challenge event pages on the COBLH website.
- Nurture existing supplier and stakeholder relationships
- Represent COBLH at CF events where appropriate - some weekend and after hours work required

**Experience**
- Event/project/relationship management experience
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated success working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to produce high quality communications
- Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills for proposals and stewardship reports
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with shifting and short deadlines
