Our client is a respected Not-for-Profit that provides mental health services through a broad range of experiences to the Australian community. They are experiencing a period of growth in their finance team and seeking a talented AP Officer to join them.

**The Role**:
As an AP Officer, you will report to the Senior Financial Accountant and AP Supervisor. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Processing invoices (mid-volume)
- Expense management
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Handling and resolving incoming enquiries

**Your Background**:
To become a key member of this growing finance team you will have the following skills and attributes:

- ** Less than 1 week’s notice**
- ** Prior exposure to End-to-End Accounts Payable (6+ months)**
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about the Not-for-Profit space
- Experience with mid-size accounting software (Tech One, Netsuite, Navision, etc.)
