**The Role**:
This AP Officer role reports to a Finance Manager and will be responsible for:

- Raising Purchase orders
- Reconcile invoices to statements
- Complete weekly and ad hoc payment runs
- Send out remittance when completing the payment run
- Calculate a recommended accrual based on unapproved/outstanding invoices
- Process and reconcile Credit Card Expenses
- Complete Bank reconciliations for all entities for operating accounts
- Assisting with Trust Account payments

**Your Background**:

- Have 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Have excellent communication skills & are well presented
- Are ideally tertiary qualified
