**What this opportunity involves**:
We are seeking a Leasing Manager to work on one of our highly regarded client accounts Although we are a dedicated on-site team, we offer complete flexibility and hybrid working opportunities.

**Snapshot of the role**:
Undertake lease/licence negotiations and lessee and lessor representation
Manage and deliver our contractual obligations for our client, including hands on delivery where required
Develop strong relationships with our client, JLL personnel and relevant client stakeholders
Provide leadership and guidance for the Leasing team on the account to ensure service delivery targets are met
Liaise with and ensure Landlords comply with all lease obligations

To be successful in this role, you’ll have proven experience within leasing, combined with account management and delivery experience. You will have strong analytical and strategic skills with strong attention to detail whilst being able to deal with ambiguity and address complex problems within an ever-changing environment. Your ability to multi-task across high volumes will also be required to underpin success.
