The Opportunity

As Manager, Leasing in Office, you will work collaboratively with our Leasing Team, assisting with the execution of leasing services across the New South Wales office portfolio. You will play a key support role for the Senior Leasing team, Asset Managers, and Divisional Portfolio Managers by assisting with the development and implementation of best practice leasing processes. Lastly, you will inspire innovative initiatives to ensure out customers have a market leading experience.

You will make an impact by:

- Efficient Transaction Management: Ensure efficient and effective management of leasing transactions to provide Dexus customers with a market-leading experience.
- Collaborative Strategy: Collaborate with Asset and Property Management teams and external leasing agencies to help develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies.
- Deal Execution: Assist in negotiating and executing new leases and renewals.
- Financial Performance: Monitor leasing activity to meet or exceed financial benchmarks.
- Risk Advisory: Advise on leasing risks and support strategy implementation.
- Market Insights: Use your network to gather relevant market intelligence and utilize the Dexus Market Leasing Database and communicate key findings.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, tenant representatives, and leasing agents.
- Expertise Sharing: Provide insights on capital transactions, developments, and research.
- Financial Analysis: Consider financial impact and AFFO in leasing decisions.
- Internal Coordination: Complete internal leasing referrals efficiently and contribute to team success.
- Proactive Approach: Engage in canvassing, tenant targeting, and networking.
- Strategic Input: Provide input on budgets, business plans, and leasing strategies.

About You

You are a commercial, driven and efficient Leasing Manager. You may come from a role with a title such as _Manager, Associate Director, Executive, Senior Executive or a similar title in office leasing, Tenant Representation, or Transaction Management_. You understand the importance of negotiating and driving a process, whilst maintaining an outstanding customer experience and attention to detail. You are motivated by the opportunity to receive coaching and mentoring on leasing best practice to enhance your skills and grow your career. You will bring:

- 2 to 5 years in a relevant Office Leasing or related role, such as _Manager, Associate Director, Executive, Senior Executive or a similar title._
- Tertiary qualification in either a property, business, finance or commerce discipline. Further studies in property or business desirable.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience in office leasing, tenant advisory or corporate real estate with relevant experience in additional office markets.
- Strong industry network with high level of credibility with agencies and tenant representatives.
- Ability to execute complex leasing transactions and negotiations.
- Execution of best-in-class marketing campaigns and leasing strategy development.
