**What are we looking for?**
- Recruitment experience in a fluid environment with a focus on balancing reactive and sourcing approaches
- Excellent organisational and administrative and communication skills, including effective time management and prioritisation
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and cope with competing priorities
- Ability to build networks with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or a clinical background (desirable)
