Right at Home Southern NSW and Sunshine Coast provides high quality in-home care and assistance to our valued clients across Southern NSW, Central West NSW and the Sunshine Coast regions. We support people living with Alzheimer’s, dementia and cognitive decline, disabilities, post-operative care needs and older Australians. Our services help clients remain safe and independent in their own homes. Our mission to improve the quality of life for those we serve.

**About the role**

We require a passionate and dedicated Accounts Assistant to assist our Accountant with all aspects relating to the companies general financial management. The role will primarily involve invoicing, managing purchases and bill as well as processing fortnightly payroll.

**The Office Administrator will be responsible for**:

- Assisting with invoicing, bills, purchases and payroll
- Updating of other company systems to notify clients budgets etc
- Assisting with financial reports
- General Administration
- Any other administrative duties as directed by management

**Essential Criteria**:

- Empathetic, passionate and caring
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience with standard computer programmes and the ability to quickly learn new programmes
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- National Police Check
- Current Driver’s Licence
- COVID 19 Vaccination

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience in Xero and Microkeeper

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
