As a _Leadership Program Delivery Advisor_, you’ll be a part of the Group Talent Capability & Leadership team that empowers our aspiring and first-line leaders through innovative leadership workshops and programs. Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders, you’ll design, deliver, and continuously improve programs that align with Suncorp’s leadership strategy. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled facilitator and program manager passionate about leadership development and creating meaningful learning experiences.

**What You’ll Do**
- Partner with vendors to ensure leadership programs align with Suncorp’s strategy, managing schedules, communications, and reporting metrics
- Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance participation, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate on the development of Suncorp’s leadership strategy and provide insights on emerging trends in leadership capability

**What You’ll Bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent (desired)
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors to deliver best-practice leadership development and facilitating virtual and in-person learning programs
- Expertise in adult learning principles, group dynamics, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration
- Advanced understanding of leadership capability-building approaches and the ability to connect learning solutions to business strategy
