**Role Purpose**

As the Payments and Schemes Business Coordinator, you will be reporting to Adrian Lovney - the Chief Payments and Schemes Officer.

The Payments and Schemes Team operates and develops some of Australia’s biggest and most critical payment networks and schemes. This includes BPAY, eftpos and NPP networks which facilitate billions of transactions annually and are critical networks for consumers and merchants across Australia.

You will play a key role in ensuring that the Payments and Schemes team is operating smoothly, energetically and effectively through:

- Helping organise and coordinate inputs and activities for the key team forums (leadership meetings, all-hands)
- Developing and embedding key business processes that support efficient operation (e.g. goals/KPIs, internal reports, communications content for internal stakeholders, preparation and coordination for internal engagement forums)
- Supporting the improvement of how the team operates and communicates across forums and communication channels.
- Supporting the Chief Payments and Schemes Officer in preparing for various internal and external meetings and committees (such as Board Meetings, network forums, and external conferences)
- Works closely in conjunction with an experienced and skilled EA who spends 50% of their time supporting Adrian with meetings, scheduling, diary, approvals including expenses, events.

- A strong communicator, with the ability to engage confidently, and purposefully, with the Payments and Schemes Leadership Team and other leaders within AP+.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate level education.
- Up to 3 years related experience.
- No payments or financial services specific knowledge required.
- Fast mover.
- Self-motivated. and action oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident communicator
- Strong in document writing, and presentation development.
