In every studio, our dynamic Business Support teams build, maintain and improve the foundations that allow us to keep collaborating with our clients, partners - and each other. With talented team members integrated across the business, the team keeps Hassell running smoothly through administration, document control, graphics production, facilities and operations, business development, and process management.
**About the role**
As a Business Coordinator in our Sydney studio, you’ll provide a high level of support and assistance across all facets of the business - to the studio, staff, leaders, projects, business development, events, day-to-day operations and any ad-hoc items as they arise.
You’ll be responsible for provision of administrative support to multiple Principals, which may include document production, contract preparation, calendar management, meeting and travel coordination. As part of the role, you may be required to assist in preparation of marketing and business development material, including preparation and editing of submissions. Other duties including reception cover and general studio duties to support the business.
The Business Coordinator is a diverse role, and as such offers the opportunity for you to play to your strengths. You’ll have the ability and support to focus your efforts where you can have the greatest impact, while still providing general support across the business.
**About you**
We’re looking for someone who has had similar administrative experience in a creative environment and who has a ‘can-do’ attitude to tasks and responsibilities.
The following skills and experience are required:
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience with software including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat, InDesign
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated graphic layout skills and an eye for detail
