**How will I help?**

Working in a critical quality assurance position for our Brand & Marketing team (alongside our innovative creative team) you will be responsible for ensuring that all of our production maintains high levels of quality and accuracy.
- Key responsibilities include: _
- Ensuring that all of our work is authored to the highest standard, identifying and resolving issues as appropriate
- Fact-checking and proofreading our content for spelling, grammar, punctuation and typographical errors and ensuring that our work consistently applies our brand’s visual identities and adheres to brand guidelines
- Provide quality assurance for optimal customer experiences by ensuring that assets meet our standards for content display, accessibility and functionality by validating all page elements such as links, videos, images, and page layouts
- Identify issues with the content (or functionality of assets produced), highlight inaccuracies, errors and areas for improvement and report any bugs or inconsistencies in the user experience
- Fulfill content authoring tasks as required in support of the wider in-house agency team
- Train and mentor our wider team on quality assurance practices Ensure all campaigns are compliant with relevant regulatory guidelines and best practices

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- High attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment
