**Your gig**:
This position is responsible for leading Family Products performance. You'll partner with Central teams, Club General Managers and Family Product Managers to provide a safe environment, maximise engagement and commercial opportunities, ensure member satisfaction and steer future growth.

In a nutshell:

- You'll oversee all children programming (such as creche + learn to swim), projects, strategies, and operations to maximise member engagement, occupancy, and manage commercial performance.
- You'll partner with cross functional teams to implement established and new family program initiatives that increase usage and impact on the member experience.
- You'll use well developed industry knowledge to strategically direct program development and ensure offering is competitive in broader market.
- You'll ensure operational policies and procedures are developed, updated, implemented, and routinely followed in all areas of our club operations.
- You'll partner with club teams to provide leadership and development across all areas of family programs to influence the direction and quality of our children's program.
- You'll advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for children, carers, members and team members.

**About you**:

- You have your Cert III in Children's Services, 2+ years leadership experience in an early childhood setting, your first aid, flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and your Working with Children Check and ideally, experience in a learn to swim environment.
- You have aligned experience. You love to create educational (yet entertaining) lessons, building trust and safety. You're well versed across various ages and skill levels.
- You are people-focused. You enjoy teaching and engaging with children. You're warm, honest and genuine. Delivering and teaching others how to deliver incredible experiences.
