**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Coach Orangetheory Fitness Classes: Lead high-energy Orangetheory Fitness workouts that incorporate cardiovascular and strength training intervals.** Motivate and inspire members to reach their fitness goals through effective coaching and encouragement. **Provide modifications and guidance to accommodate various fitness levels and abilities.** Ensure the safety and proper technique of all participants during workouts.

**2. Customer Service: Build strong relationships with members by providing personalized attention and support.** Address member feedback, concerns, and questions in a professional and timely manner. **Serve as a brand ambassador for Orangetheory Fitness, promoting the studio’s services and programs.** Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages member engagement and retention.

**Qualifications: Previous experience in fitness instruction, coaching, or personal training preferred.** Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. **Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.** Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals. **Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.** CPR/AED certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hiring). **Cert 3 minimum to coach**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
