If you are a talented, dedicated, and driven individual, and want to join the sales team in the role of Internal Sales, this is your opportunity. This is an exciting and fast-paced customer facing role.

**Your new role**
Your new role as Internal Sales will involve:

- Consulting with customers to determine their needs, provide relevant information and recommendations regarding products and services.
- Influence buying decisions of customers by recommending hire, accessories and available stock.
- Actively explore new market opportunities and engage in outbound activities.
- Follow-up customer enquiries to facilitate the hire/sale of product.
- Provide timely and accurate quotes for all products and services in line with pricing guidelines.
- Ensure all relevant customer data is recorded accurately and in a timely manner in CRM to facilitate pipeline management.
- Undertake customer billing and book transportation as required.
- Promote and sell aged stock where appropriate in response to sales enquiries.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Previous experience in a sales support or internal sales is desirable however those with strong administration and customer service skills will also be considered. You will ideally have:

- Experience in internal sales from transport, logistics or hire business advantageous
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Proficient Computer skills particularly in an ERPs (Multiple) and CRM system (Salesforce)
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Structured and organised approach to prioritise workflow
- An enquiring mind and technical aptitude
- Time Management and Organisational Skills
