The Inside Sales & Channel Partner Coordinator will support revenue growth through proactive lead engagement, inside sales execution, and channel partner coordination. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a dynamic commercial team. You will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, assist with partner communications, and provide operational support to the broader sales organization.
What you'll do:
Respond to customer inquiries, generate quotes, and qualify leads for the field sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (Salesforce).
Coordinate with marketing to execute lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies.
Support sales operations by managing the sales funnel and reporting on conversion metrics.
Assist in onboarding and supporting channel partners (distributors).
Coordinate co-marketing activities, including events, collateral, and campaigns.
Act as a backup to the Customer Care team and support Oracle ERP-related tasks as needed.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills are an advantage, especially for supporting LATAM partners and customers.
