We are seeking motivated and experienced people to join various teams within our Entry Level Programs (ELP) area.

**Strategy**
Our Strategy area contributes to the development and review of key entry level programs through ongoing research, planning, governance, evaluation and strategic partnerships. You will contribute and support our Operational area to continuously evolve our entry level programs to remain competitive and provide talent pipelines for the ATO’s workforce needs.

**Operational**
Our Operational area supports and implements the strategy and delivery across each of our programs. This includes the recruitment of participants, managing and facilitating placements, and developing curriculum that supplies skills, support and practical experience to embrace capability development. You will liaise extensively with a wide range of stakeholders across the ATO including our strategic Business Partners, Learning and Development and ATO People specialist teams.

**Delivery**
Our Delivery area manages and leads program participants and provides program support and development activities. As a Career Development Manager you’ll be actively involved in their personal and professional development, ensuring they are progressing in line with the program’s objectives, whilst contributing to the ongoing development of our award winning Entry Level Programs.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Gosford, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Traralgon or Wollongong**.
