**Group Customer Strategy Analyst**

Reporting to the Senior Group Customer Strategy Manager, your key focus will be to prepare strategic analysis on the Crown customer data, both direct to property and with consideration across multiple properties, to identify, quantify and execute opportunities to grow revenue and customer profitability.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Assist in the customer lifecycle strategy design, review and implementation
- Support extensive analysis to translate model outputs into recommendations
- Consider marketing $ resource, and type of opportunity and contribute to recommendations on segment level strategy
- Support a testing and analysis program for insight with focus on optimisation of key customer drivers
- Prepare pre-promotion analysis on marketing activity; target setting and expected campaign profitability
- Prepare targeted patron lists for ad hoc marketing initiatives

**Key Qualifications and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is required (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Finance, Commerce etc.)
- 1+ years proven experience in an analytical environment and translating complex analysis into strategy
- Strong analytical ability, confidence in working with large and complex data sets
- Proficient Verbal and written communication skills
