This position will provide guidance and advice to teams undertaking transport management tasks, including troubleshooting. The role will also plan, develop and execute Cutovers including creating task lists, fulfilling governance requirements, and producing documentation to make sure every cutover is a success. The position will Participate in planning and scoping for new work to ensure environment and cutover requirements are captured early and avoid any rework and trouble shoot any unexpected issues encountered in environment and cutover work.
The person who would be successful in this role would enjoy using the following skills:

- Attention to detail in the planning, organising and sharing information on SAP environment and cutover work being done.
- Talking to and interacting with a wide variety of people from all areas and levels of the organisation.
- Taking responsibility and ownership for their work as well as enjoying the contribution they can make to the team deliverables.
- Their understanding of the underlying technical background areas of SAP such as basis, transport management or programming and who has now moved forward or would like to move into environment management and cutover.
- Appreciation of the importance of environment management to support all activities undertaken in an SAP support organisation and be prepared to explain that importance to others.
