Our client, a leading mining tech company based in Redcliffe are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team ASAP for a 6 week assignment

Our client, a leading mining tech company based in Redcliff, are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team ASAP for 6 week assignment

**Start: ASAP**
**Location: Redcliff**
**Length: 6 weeks temporary assignment**

**Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday - Friday (8:00am
- 4:00pm)**
**Hourly Rate: Approx $32ph - $35ph + Super**

**Duties**:

- Ariba Data entry
- Allocate payments and complete Ad hoc accounts administration duties
- Update customer invoice notes
- Customer queries
- Generate Reports
- Manage issues from goods receipting/providing proof of delivery/following up Ariba system issues
- Proven track record in managing relationships and monitoring terms
- Have strong processes/ computer systems experience
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Good time management and planning skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office Programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
