We are a leading strawberry farm in WA and are seeking an individual who genuinely loves plants and communicates clearly. This role involves detecting early signs of crop stress—especially related to soil moisture, irrigation faults, and pests—and reporting findings immediately, ensuring swift corrective action.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect strawberry crops regularly for stress or health concerns
- Identify and report irrigation or watering issues
- Communicate crop conditions to supervisors and technical staff
- Record observations and assist with minor adjustments as directed

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Genuine passion for horticulture and plant care
- Strong attention to detail, able to spot subtle crop changes
- Willingness to learn and follow established routines
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Reliability and adaptability for outdoor work in all conditions
