We are a leading provider of high-quality strawberries on our 250-acre intensive horticulture farm located just north of Perth.

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. As a Farm Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining various farm machinery to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our intensive horticulture farm operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain farm machinery, including tractors, forklifts, sprayers, and other equipment.
- Assist with planting, harvesting, and other farm operations as required.
- Monitor machinery performance and promptly report any issues or malfunctions to management.
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate any concerns to management.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience operating machinery, preferably in a farm or agricultural setting.
- At least 1 year of experience operating machinery, preferably in a farm or agricultural setting.
- Ability to work long hours during peak seasons
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.26 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bullsbrook, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Machine operating: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
