**The Opportunity**
The Payroll / People & Culture Administrator is responsible assisting in the administering and coordinating of payroll processes and providing key support across HR functions including employee records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The role is essential to ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, while also supporting a smooth employee experience throughout the P&C lifecycle.
