Medical Receptionist

Our clinics in the **Goulburn Valley**are currently seeking a **Medical Receptionist** to join the team. This role will be located within the **Benalla Region** with occasional travel to **Shepparton** as well. This is a **Full-Time P**ermanent** position working **Monday to Friday with 7.6 hour shifts**.

**What will you be doing?**
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Handle patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential)
- Customer service/Administration Experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
