You'll be exposed to a wide range of financial markets, supporting clients from anywhere in the word around a broad scope of situations, and liaising with various departments across the company.
In doing all of the above, you'll have the opportunity to interact with varied global departments building a bigger picture of how IG works and potentially explore further career paths within the the team, or the wider business.

All trainees undertake an initial on boarding/ training program, which is accelerated further by training on the job. Within your first year, you will begin dealing training to become a sales trader who can execute client trades. Once qualified as a sales trader, you can further your development by pursuing a specialist pathway.

- A degree-level education in a relevant field.
- Experience of working in a customer facing role (Preferable).
- Fluency in English (verbal and written). Any additional languages at business level will also be advantageous.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident to employ basic maths skills, particularly mental arithmetic.
- Have strong organisational and time management skills.
- Literacy in MS Office
