A great opportunity has become available for an experienced **Installation, Integration & Test Technician **to join our team based in Rydalmere **. The Installation and Deployment Technician works to install various equipment and systems at our customer sites, and prepare for commissioning and on-site acceptance testing.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Comply with all relevant company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies and framework and work practices with the intent of preventing or minimising accidental exposures to self, colleagues, visitors and/or the environment.
- Attend regular departmental meetings with manager to build in continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Support the definition and execution of the system integration and test program Preparation of Installation, Integration and Test Documentation.
- Support the execution of installation and set-to-work activities for the assigned project.
- System testing and fault identification.
- Support the execution of the engineering test program for the assigned project.
- Configuration maintenance.
- Assist with Task/Project quotations and supporting management in meeting schedules and budgets. g. Other related duties as assigned.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE **QUALIFICATIONS**
- AQF Certificate/Diploma in Electronic & Communications Systems (mandatory).
- Certificate 4 in Man Management or equivalent experience.
- Written and verbal communications skills.
- Domain knowledge of Defence projects (desirable).

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE**
- Experience with relevant communications and COMSEC equipment (desirable).
- Experience with use of MS Office product range (mandatory).
- Understanding of configuration management processes and procedures.
- Working in small highly motivated teams.
- Multi-tasking experience.
