Op2ma Pty Ltd is a technology solutions provider focused on the Automotive Retail industry. It’s a subsidiary of Fusion Business Solutions Pty Ltd established in 1999. Our clients are likely to be Auto Manufacturers, Auto Financiers or Auto Dealers.
The automotive industry is one of the biggest industries in the world, and right now the whole industry is re-inventing itself as new mobility models drive innovation. It’s an exciting industry to be part of as every company from Apple to Google to Amazon wants a piece of the automotive action.
Our solutions help grow sales and profits, and improve the customer experience in more than 13 countries. Our client list reads like the “Who’s who?” of the auto industry including Toyota, Volkswagen, Harley-Davidson, Ford, Volvo, Polaris, Honda, KTM and Jaguar Land Rover. We employ about 30 people; our Head Office is in Adelaide, and we have offices in Melbourne, and Shanghai (China).

**We’re looking for additional staff to support the company’s sales and marketing strategy by working with our Business Development team. The available positions are**:
- **Business Development Assistant**
- **Business Development Trainee**

If successful, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answer customer enquiries, schedule meetings, appointments, presentations, and demos
- Develop enquiries into leads and deliver presentations and demos
- Handle admin, customer services and promotional tasks for the Business Development team
- Organise and coordinate promotional activities, mail outs and follow-ups (based on marketing campaigns, including flyers, brochures, and digital media)
- Organise and coordinate social media posts for multiple team members
- Present and demonstrate company products and services, online and in person
- Contact prospects and generate leads (including social media)
- Compile and coordinate a daily list of prospects and generate sales leads
- Keep up to date with product information
As well, you must have:
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- The ability to build rapport and engage with current and potential customers over the phone
- Clear verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Professional, business-level verbal and written English skills
- Effective problem solving and prioritising skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to quickly switch focus
- Be willing to learn
- Outstanding computer proficiency
- Sound previous CRM system experience
Given our reach in Australia and the Asia Pacific, there is a longer-term career opportunity for these roles. Initially part-time (2+ days per week), with a component of flexibility to work from home. Over time, these could (but don’t have to) grow into full-time roles.
