**Role overview**:
As the Project Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting Project Managers with the financial activities and functions of projects to ensure that the goals and objectives specified for the project are accomplished in an accurate and efficient manner.
**Your day will look a little like this**:
- Project maintenance within the database
- Project/Task Setups
- Assisting with the Tracking of Project Variations
- End-of-Month Closure Activities
- Invoicing, both generating and following up on debtors
- Timesheet approvals & Time Reporting
- Processing sub-consultant invoices
- Assisting internal and external clients with project-specific inquiries
- Training staff where appropriate on systems/processes
**Your experience will include the following**:
- 3+ years of financial experience (AP/AR)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Exceptionally high attention to detail
- Previous experience with the software BST would be desirable
