**As an Office Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to**:
- Reception duties and conference room management.
- Maintaining, sourcing and purchasing office supplies.
- Coordinating travel requirements for broader team.
- Coordinating space and office organization to maintain general tidiness of office.
- Organizing activities like Employee birthday party and Annual party.
- Ad hoc duties as required by management
**To become a valued member of this fast-paced team, you will have**:
- Fresh Graduate in Business Management or 2 years+ experience in a relevant role (Administration background is preferred).
- Attention to details and multi-task management ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, bilingual (Mandarin, English)
- Proven ability working in fast paced environments
