This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aged Care General Manager or State Manager to join a progressive and purpose-driven provider to oversee our Home Care operations.

**The Position**:
We seek a full-time Home Care General Manager based in Tasmania.
The General Manager will be responsible for providing clinical governance and operational oversight across the Home Care portfolio. Aligning with the strategic plan and expectations of Respect, the General Manager will be responsible for identifying and improving existing processes as well as conducting future planning for ongoing growth.
**Requirements**:
This role will report to our Chief of Home Care, and you will join a well-established and passionate operations team.
