**Your new role**

As a Site Supervisor, your role involves overseeing construction projects to ensure they run smoothly. Here are some key responsibilities:
- Planning and Organizing: You’ll be responsible for planning and organising/ scheduling construction activities and trades- Supervising Construction Workers: As a Site Supervisor, you’ll supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers and subcontractors as well as trades. Supervise the quality of work produced.- Monitoring Project Progress: You’ll monitor project progress to keep it on schedule.- Managing Equipment & Supplier Delivery: Part of your role is managing and maintaining construction equipment as well as managing supplier deliveries on site.- Ensuring Compliance: You’ll inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

**What you'll need to succeed**- Relevant tertiary certificate e.g. Cert IV in Building & Construction or Trade Certificate- Proven experience as a Carpenter or Site Supervisor with experience in the delivery of residential projects- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide project teams.- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.- Knowledge of NSW building codes and regulations.
